What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s Degree in Teaching, complete the Annual Tax Preparer recommended by IRS of 18 training hours per year. In addition I have 12 years of experience of preparation of tax returns and resolving tax matters of letters sent by the IRS

Price is determined by forms. The range of price could be $75 to $350
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to help people who were victimized by preditory preparers who over charge and complete falsified returns. Leaving the taxpayer with a large debt with the IRS.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have helped people get their refund when the tax preparer quit on them. I have helped tax payers with letters from the IRS when the task was too large for the family member who done the return. I have do amendments when the IRS stated the tax payers owed thousands of dollars. I have seen most difficult tax situations work out by doing it the correct way the first time
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The first thing is to ask the experience of the tax preparer. The second is to go to the IRS website to determine if the preparer registered with the IRS. Third get good records. Your prepare should be informing you how to legitimately reduce your tax debt.
