Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first meeting with a client, I get a history of what the situation is that the client wants help with. I find out if the client has ever had any experience with hypnosis. I find out what the clients outcome wants to be. All this can be done on a Free Zoom call or by calling my cell phone. I call it "having a Virtual Cup of Coffee"
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1980 with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
Graduated from the Bayan Hypnosis Center with a Master in Hypnosis in 2010
A member of the National Guild of Hypnotist as a Certified Hypnotherapist NGH ID # 36768
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The standard price range is $50 per session. When I do a session of HypnoGastric Band Session with is three consecutive days with 4 weekly follow-ups. The price for this is $500.
How did you get started in this business?
I always wanted to help clients to become the best that they can be. I had been a Chiropractor for over 25 years and I find that I can get clients out of pain much faster with hypnosis.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The types of clients I work with are just about as varied as the type of situations that we are faced with. Everyone has their own set of situations from stop smoking, to pain control, to fear of numerous problems.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a client that came in due to pain in her right leg. She was becoming an invalid and house bound. She was told by her doctor that to rid her of pain in the leg they would have to amputate the leg. My session with her was an hour long. She left without pain and had plans of going out dancing with her husband that night.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would hire someone that is time flexible and someone that is able to preform his sessions in person as well as Zoom.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
In order for a hypnosis session to work the client needs to really want the situation taken care of for himself and not for anyone else. Example: He needs to stop smoking for himself not because the family wants him to quit.
