I offer educational and coaching services to help people improve their mental and physical health by using natural means.
I am passionate about helping those with challenges become the person they were meant to be. I have been working with individuals and parents who have children with challenges for over ten years.
I offer group classes, group and individual coaching, and educational consulting for homeschooling parents.
I have a BS in Communication Science (Deaf Educ), a MS in Mental Health Counseling with Play Therapy Certification. I have studied alternative medicine and natural remedies for 35 years. I'm currently working on my PhD in Natural Medicine.

I love seeing people get better. I love getting emails or calls telling me that they are feeling better; that they can do more now than before. I love getting reports from clients that their blood work is improving, that they have been able to get off their medications.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them and simply discuss what challenges they are experiencing at the present time. I ask them what they are expecting from the experience. I do have an indepth intake questionnaire that gives me a good deal of information. I usually do not start with this until we simply talk and see if we 'click' and I can be of service.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with clients with chronic health conditions, PTSD/anxiety clients, borderline, bipolar, trauma, parents who have children with challenges (especially on autism spectrum).
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently visited my son to spend time with his family. I loved playing this board game with my granddaughters. It was teaching about edible and medicinal wild plants. No competition in the game. I got to see them slowly get the idea it was not about beating the others, but working together.
