What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new patient can either schedule online or call the office. The fist step is getting the proper information like name, phone number, etc. The we will find a time that works for you to come in for a consultation so we can understand how we can help you best. After we get that information you will recieve a welcome packet via email. You can print and bring your paperwork from there or fill it out in the office.
When you come into the office you will meet with a doctor for a consultation and game plan. If there are any further images that need to be done we will handle the logistics of that at this time.
Our Doctor will perform an exam and can set the course of action with you on that same visit.
Typically, therapy is rendered after the doctor has gone over the exam and consultation with our treatment team so every one is on the same page. This can be done the same day if the timing and complexity of the case allows but is typically the following day.
After the docrot has all of the information has been gathered and the treatment plan in place the doctor will go over timeline, expectations, and cost before hand.
Our goal is to resolve conditions not just paliate pain.
