About
Call or text today for a free 20 minute phone consultation. I can help you gain control over the issues causing you pain. For instance, I know the secret of harnessing the debilitating emotion of anger. What has anger cost you? Arrest, divorce, or job loss? The price of a new phone since you shattered your old one? Embarrassment when you realize the person you directed road rage at was your child’s teacher? Declining health, such as high blood pressure, ulcers, or headaches? Maybe it’s your loved ones who pay through abuse or destruction of property? Is anger causing problems in your parenting, marriage, relationships, or career? Many people suffer tremendously with anger but call it something else. Suppressed anger can cause depression, anxiety, resentment, suicidal and homicidal thoughts, and a host of mood disorders.
I still remember the urges I experienced years ago when I found out my (now) ex-wife cheated on me. Like Forrest Gump, I began running. Within four months, I finished a marathon in under four hours. During that time, however, I learned the secret to gaining control and finding freedom. As an anger management specialist, I want to share my secrets with you.
My desire is to help you discover peace—even during struggles. If your “bucket” is full of anger, every frustration can be a trigger that causes you to dump your “bucket of angry” everywhere. Are you ready to learn how to constructively drain your bucket and gain control over this powerful emotion? There's no better time than today to find freedom.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with setting a FREE, no-obligation 20-minute phone consultation with Dr. Bryant at a time that is convenient for you. This call is at no cost to you but allows Dr. Bryant to find out more about you and what your specific needs are concerning counseling. This consultation gives both parties a chance to see if they will be a good fit for each other and find out if Dr. Bryant can assist you with finding freedom and coping strategies to deal with your difficulties.
If both parties agree to enter into a counseling relationship, a date, time, and location will be agreed upon. At or before the first appointment, the client will need to fill out a brief contact information sheet and sign a cancellation policy.
Each counseling session is typically a full hour in length, but if the client needs additional time and Dr. Bryant's schedule permits, you can continue at a prorated rate in 15-minute increments.
Payment is made at the conclusion of the appointment. Dr. Bryant accepts cash, checks, credit cards, FSA and HSA cards, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and Paypal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Bryant earned his master's degree and then a doctoral degree (PhD) in counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
His earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University.
His experiences include over three decades of providing counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. He also has several years of experience supervising other counselors pursuing their LPC.
Dr. Bryant is trained and certified as a life coach and as an Anger Management Treatment Professional. For premarital counseling, he is a certified SYMBIS counselor and State of Texas TwoGether counselor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Payments are made at the conclusion of each session, payable via cash, check, FSA or HSA card, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, or credit card.
Since payment by insurance companies requires a mental health diagnosis and allows others access to your counseling records, Dr. Bryant offers private pay services to maintain the utmost confidentiality for his clients. He does, however, accept FSA and HSA cards.
Each session is a full hour rather than the typical 40-50 minute sessions most counselors offer. The price for a one-hour session is $150. Prorated rates for extended sessions are billed on the quarter-hour. Even back in high school, classmates would come up to me asking for advice about their boyfriend or girlfriend. My passion to help people improve and have healthier, happier relationships began as a teenager and continued to grow when I majored in psychology and counseling in college. I realized counseling and helping others was my lifelong dream, so I pursued and earned both my master's and doctoral degrees so I could offer the most benefit to my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals, couples, and families--preteens to geriatrics and all in between--with most issues imaginable. I also provide premarital counseling and am certified by Texas as a TwoGether counselor, which allows a discount on your marriage license. For those seeking a deeper, more meaningful premarital experience, I offer counseling based on SYMBIS assessments.
Anger management is a specialty I have developed over the years due to its very powerful negative influence on peoples lives. It is so rewarding to see individuals finally get a handle on this very debilitating emotion and learn how to deal with anger constructively.
I wrote my doctoral dissertation on divorce adjustment, as I have always had a heart for the difficulties that divorced individuals experience.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, a young man came to me with such anger it was destroying his marriage and relationship with his children, as well as creating major problems at his work. After eight very productive sessions, he learned the secret to getting ahold of his anger. It was tremendously powerful to see his progress and help him put my anger secrets in action to completely change his life, marriage, parenting, and work relationships for the better.
