Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will have a brief conversation over the phone prior to our first meeting to find out a little bit about what they are coming in for. In our first session, we discuss client's issues and goals and I describe my approach to therapy, which is collaborative and relaxed. I believe that the client/therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology and English from The University of Texas and a Master's in Counseling from The University of North Texas.
I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). In addition, I have training in Mindfulness, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Sandtray Therapy, Highly Sensitive Personality and Grief.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, emotion dysregulation, self-esteem issues, communication issues, grief, life transitions and everyday stress.
