Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Customer came to our office first year for and estimate. Her prior tax company was charging her between $800 to $1000 to get her the Maximum refund. When we prepared her taxes and quoated her our price and refund amount she would be receiving after preparations fees and bank fees she started to cry. Asked her if there was something we did wrong. She said not at all, this is the most I have ever received after paying fees. Client has been loyal since we have opened and every year refers new clients to us.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ensure they have the knowledge to prepare their tax return.
