Whether its 1 year or 10 years of returns we prepare the returns that are necessary to bring taxpayers into compliance and then move forward into Representation, our team works hard to establish the most pain free solution IRS will accept for that taxpayers situation and avoid aggressive IRS collection actions such as Wage or Bank Levies and or seizures. From that point we work with client to implement the changes necessary to avoid IRS issues in the future, bookkeeping setup, bookkeeping training and then finally provide small business guidance and advice to maximize tax savings and help facilitate the growth of well oil business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consult with client about situation. Based on information provided by client, define a game plan, submit an engagment proposal to move forward once engaged.
2. Perform due diligence to define work necessary to bring client into current compliace.
3. Follow up and work with client as they gather the needed data necessary for us to prepare the best legal tax returns possible.
4. With returns complete we have defined the tax liablity due IRS. From There we will consult with the client to review their options to resolve the liability and propose options avaialble and and engagement to work through the issue.
5. Perform representation as neeeded to assist client in their efforts to avoid aggressive IRS collections.
6. Offer bookkeepping setup, support and education which leads into P&L education & oversight as needed to help the client/company stay on track into posterity and have solid books when the time comes if they should go to the banks for a line of credit or SBA loan/s
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is varies but primarily Experienced Enrolled Agents, CPA's, Attorneys, bookkeepers, RTRPs, and Experienced Tax Preparers who are working with to achieve their Enrolled Agent Designation. It is not very commen that we run into scenarios that we havent worked on some time or another. It takes special people to succeed in this industry as a carreer. We are always learning and striving daily to be on the cutting edge of what IRS has going on so we can use that knowledge to best serve our clients and to try to help them get through their IRS situation as pain free as possible.
