What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an appointment and review last tax return filed and current year needs. We utilize a Tax Organizer so we don't miss any tax deductions or income and have an engagement letter.
We also do tax planning for the next year so there is no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I complete 120 hours of continuing professional education to maintain my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations. Both of these designations are awarded by passing a exhautive test.
