What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll have a quick discussion online about the customer's goals, and if we can help, we'll spend some time in-person discussing budget, priorities and opportunities. Then if we can help, we'll move forward with a set-price contract to ensure the customer doesn't have to worry about surprise invoices or overcharges.

How did you get started in this business?
A medical emergency gave me a "what if" moment — if I survived, what should I do with my life. When the medical emergency passed, I decided that helping people build their businesses was a great way to give back.

All kind of small- and medium-sized businesses. We're one ourselves, so we understand the pressures and challenges and opportunities of running your own business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions, make sure you know exactly how you'll be charged and for what, and then go with your gut — sometimes you just don't like or trust a person for no particular reason. In business, that's enough to find an alternative, even if you're walking away from the seemingly best deal or lowest price.

What do I really want to accomplish with the project, and how committed am I to seeing it through?
