About
As a former competition athlete playing tennis tournaments all over the world and being invited to represent the tennis team at SMU, I have first hand knowledge of the demands for peak performance. Additionally, I have expertise and certifications/degrees in the following fields: kinesiology, nutritionist, sports performance, weight loss mastery and tailored plans, as well as injury rehabilitation. This allows me to serve my clients in multitude of ways to improve their health, body weight management, fitness, wellbeing and tennis and specific sports knowledge. I am multilingual, and I currently train all types of athletes and regular people, both privately and at one of the most exclusive tennis and fitness facilities in Dallas. Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Client at 255 lbs. before started training looking to improve fitness and lose weight. 4 months later client lost 65 pounds without starving and improved his fitness drastically. He's kept the weight off 2 years later!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for credentials, education, experience as an athlete, and look at their bodies to determine how they care for theme selves, after all a fitness profesional should be in good shape!
