As a result of working with In the KNOW 4 New LIFE my customers are empowered to change their lives by implementing the strategic plan created. My customers learn that everyone has unique value, knowledge is power only when proper action and they always get to choose. We have courageous conversations about the goals and desired outcomes as well as the changes and challenges involved. Small steps and accountability is setup. I get to see people grow in their unique gifts and reach their goals through little wins along the way. I get to see individuals expose the lies of negative chatter inside/outside and walk in the truth of his/her God-given greatest and affect/effect the systems of this world in a positive way.
I graduated 4th in my high school class with a 3.91 GPA and no teacher, no counselor, and no principal guided me toward college. I have helped several principals in my career and none have helped me. So to give what I was not given is a honor.

Listening to what the customer want and assess what the customer has to work with and plan from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Rehabilitation Counseling, 15 years of working in social services related positions and 45 years of Christian education work. I have spent my career in education as student advisor/credit recovery teacher empowering at risk high school students to take charge of their academic future through knowledge of the system and what they have inside to change their every tomorrow.
