What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Services are provided on an appointment only basis. A consultation is always first, and answering any questions. A new client will book their service in advance, and complete paperwork at the first visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed esthetician for 12 years, and in business as a solo practitioner for 4.
How did you get started in this business?
As a single parent, fter completing my license back in 2006, I still worked my corporate job, doing skincare services in my spare time. Fast forward to 2013 when I finally decided the time was right - I quit my job and started working in a spa. 6 months later I opened my own practice and haven't looked back.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers.

Being able to support myself doing work that I love has been the best I could ask for!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Definitely ask questions and do your research! You can find these services literally everywhere - the relationship you have with your esthetician is very personal. Find the one you connect with!
