Famiy and Youth Institute has been serving The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Tomball, Magnolia area for over 15 years. Working under the supervision of Mary Ann Sartori, M.A., LPC-S, LCDC-Intern owner of Family and Youth, along with 7 other therapists who specialize in an array of client needs. I am a licensed professional counselor intern working with those living with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, family matters, women's issues, ADHD, sudden life changes (marriage, death, moving, job changes, infertility) along with many other specialties in career changes, family counseling, relationship issues etc. I'm here to assist those who would like to have a deeper understanding of themselves and overcome challenges.

I believe in empowering you with tools and exercises to fully alleviate concerns in past, present, and future settings.

I enjoy the entirety of the therapeutic process. I enjoy working closely with my clients regarding their concerns. There are many times I love watching the client find their answers while in session, in just allowing them a safe space to organize their thoughts. Other times, guidance and understanding with tools is needed for those ah-hah moments.
