We are a team of Accountant and CPA who specialize in business and personal accounting and tax. We have a combined 50 years of experience in individual and small business tax preparation, payroll, monthly accounting and tax, financial advisement, human resources, and CFO experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite our clients to create a secure portal, and as soon as the client sets up their portal, we place a customized organizer into their online filing cabinet. This starts the process and leads the client to providing necessary documents for their individual situation. We complete the requested document or return, our CPA partner reviews, then we ask for client review. If approved, payment for services is made and the document is submitted. And we always follow up with clients to ensure that their process went well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, A Masters in Higher Education Administration, and have been certified as a Series 7 & 66 Financial Advisor, Insurance Agent, Benefits Supervisor, and Membership Director for non-profit, mining, petroleum, manufacturing, education, and sales organizations.
We have a CPA partner/consultant with a Bachelor in Business Administration and CPA with 25 years in Accounting, Controller, VP of Accounting, and CFO experience.
We each have 25 years in tax preparation experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We typically charge by the form for tax preparation--different forms are different rates due to the time required.
We add an hourly rate for any preparation, research, consulting, or other services requested by the client that are not already built into the form prices.
We are happy to help with any preparation needed by the client. It's what we do!
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing my own tax returns and returns of family members who owned small businesses or had difficult investments or multi-state issues. I have grown the businesss by word of mouth, assisting individuals and small businesses and providing service and care that they will recommend to others.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
During this recent pandemic, I was very sad to learn that one of my clients was furloughed due to cost cutting at her company. We worked diligently to ensure that every deduction and credit was correctly accounted for, and they received a large refund that was a nice surprise right after such a scary change in their lives.
I also love explaining information to my clients in a way they can understand. A pair of clients were shocked to find that they had mis-filed their W-4 forms at work, and not enough federal tax was withheld. They owed quite a bit of money, and they wanted to ensure that this would not happen again. I worked with them to estimate their taxes in a few different possible scenarios, and pick the W-4 information that worked for them for the next year.
I enjoy putting in just a little more time for each client, so that they feel, not only well served, but also cared for.
