What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we schedule a phone or video call to better understand the client's needs, the problems they need solving, and we quickly assess how our team can solve those problems.
Once engaged as their agency of record, we get to work to put together a comprehensive strategic plan and we present it back to the client. We show them where they've been (benchmark) and where we will take them and how we will get there.
Upon approval of the plan, we begin laser-focused execution. For online digital campaigns, we report monthly to our clients so that they have the clear data on how their digital campaigns performed. For traditional advertising, we provide proof of placements, and for any special campaigns we track via a specific phone number, we're able to provide that data as well.
The data ultimately tells us what we need to know as we continue to tweak campaigns.
