About
For 12+ years I have been working closely with CEOs of start-ups and established companies to come up with those big branding ideas that propel profits. I have advanced knowledge of all aspects of creating graphics for web, print and video. I have extensive experience in producing high quality print design while keeping costs at a minimum for product packaging, marketing materials, trade show displays, banners, brochures, flyers, posters and books. I am skilled in UX/UI design and responsive web design including CMS and e-Commerce websites. I have excellent skills in coding and editing HTML, CSS and Javascript. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the University of Texas, and UX/UI training from Austin Community College. I am fluent in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Final Cut Pro.
I love coming up with those big ideas that propel profits. I love creating clean and responsive designs with clear and creative messaging. I love working with a team but also thrive with little or no direction. I am easy going, love deadlines and multi-tasking. I like to tell people that I'm cleaning up the internet one website at a time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the best things I do for a client is listen to what they think they need and then ask a lot of questions. Many times clients are too close to their own branding and can't see the real problems. I have a gift for seeing past the perceived problems and getting to the root of the issue. After doing some research I will come up with a project proposal and then get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas. The top rated school in the US for Advertising. I also have UX/UI design training from Austin Community College. However, the biggest training has come from doing the work. When I started doing graphic design there was no internet. I have always taken the initiative to stay on top of the latest trends and best practices.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the project and work being performed. I like to create reduced cost retainer schedules for those big projects. Rates can range anywhere from $35 - $95 per hour depending on the task at hand.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating from college, I started working right away for advertising firms. From there I was hired to work in-house for commercial a real estate company. From there I started working for myself so I could raise a family. I came to love working for myself and have been contracting my services ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I currently consult with CEOs and business owners on branding, rebranding, marketing and creative projects for 40 plus clients ranging from mid-sized Oracle consulting and technology firms to grocery store products and marketing agencies, and even rock stars like Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently helped a start-up technology company with their branding, messaging and website design. We created a stand-out trade show presence for one of their industries biggest trade shows.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Experience! If you want someone who can just knock out generic graphics, then I'm not your girl. I have decades of experience in design and have a talent for seeing the branding as a whole wihtout losing attention to details.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do you want someone who will just work up your ideas or come up with ideas of their own? Are you willing to let a professional take you to the next level or are you willing to settle for generic design?
