What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start off with a discovery call to learn more about each product and scope to find out if we feel we can be successful in hitting the clients goals. If we do see that we are a fit, we set up a call with our lead strategists to dig deeper and from there, we put together a proposal. And if we have the pleasure of teaming up, we have deep dives internally as well as with the clients to learn everything we need to know about their brand, company and audience. The on-boarding times range from 7-10 days to 4-6 weeks depending on the scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would say probably over 1,000 hours of training/education from a variety of places. We have also been recently named a Facebook Preferred Partner which is very hard to achieve and they only give that recognition to the top companies in this industry.
