About
My philosophy as a therapist is to treat each person as a unique individual worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of their circumstances or struggles. I desire to come alongside, challenge and encourage my clients to find healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I have seen that most people come to counseling because they want to be happier. Counseling becomes an exploration of what is getting in the way of their happiness. The obstacles to joy can be old patterns that no longer serve us, a lack of fulfillment, self-judgment, or behaviors that keep us from feeling good about ourselves. Counseling explores these road blocks and helps the person remove obstacles to happiness so he or she can go on to lead a happy and more fulfilling life.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I work with a non-profit in Austin, Texas that helps fund low cost counseling. Therefore, my fees are lower than most counselors. My fees start at $30 and top out at $60. When working with couples my usual fee is $40 per-session. I request that couples agree to an individual session. This would be considered an intake session prior to seeing the couple together. As always, the intake session is free.
