About

Tired of feeling like your body can't do what is used to?

Do you feel stiff and achy?

I'm here to help. My work combines massage and movement therapy into a comprehensive approach that deals with the full-spectrum of pain, posture, stiffness, and age-related issues.

1)Helping people get back to sports or activities they have had to give up due to stiffness of pain.

2)Helping people who have real nagging issues that dont go away despite all attempts and visits to professionals. I love helping people who others have not been able to. (its a bit of a pride thing, i admit).

3)Every day getting closer to my dream of starting a school for other massage therapists and trainers.

I have had shoulder pain since a car accident several years ago which I use massage to keep functional. Simon was able to target the muscle groups that cause me pain and help relieve the tension.

I was looking for pain relief in my neck, back and hips due to arthritis plus a broken ankle impaired my walking. This is not a foo foo massage. Simon is releasing tense muscles and definitely helping my pain and mobility. Also strength training and stretching is part of the work. I’m so happy to have found Simon.
