What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Paraiso intake process for our patients is design to identify the true nature of the aches and pains. Each patient will fill out a intake form that askes specific question base on their lifestyle (work, activities, etc). Once the intake form has been completed, the assigned therapist will review the form and ask any addtional question to understand the patient's use of their body.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder recieved a certification in Physical Training from the U.S Airforce where he successfully trained officers and enlisted personal alike in physical conditioning and nutrition. Continuing on, he recieved a Massage Therapist license and certification from the most prestigious school in San Antonio, Texas "The River City School of Massage". While in attendance at St. Philip's College, he received a dual associates degree in Psychology and Liberal Arts with a focus in Physical Therapy Assistant. He then moved on to Texas State University to finish his undergrad in Exercise Sports Science with a focus in Physical Therapy.

How did you get started in this business?
The founder's introduction into personal training come way through the United States Air Force where he successfully train high ranking officers and enlisted personal alike in physical conditional and nutrition. Discovering his passion in public physical health & wellness and ended his enlistment in the armed forces to pursue further education into holisitc healing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Paraiso has been around for over ten years and since beginning has not turn away any client in need of pain relief. Paraiso as had the privilege of working with a remarkably diverse group of patients from ages 16 to 70+, disable and impaired, as well as special needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of Spa Paraiso most prized moment was relieving migraine pains from a young woman that suffered a neck injury at a young age from an trampoline accident. The young lady at the time had land on her neck while jumping on a trampoline as a child. Since that moment she suffered from migraine headaches that ultimately left her at the mercy of pharmaceuticals to relieve her of her frequent migraines. It was not until she completed her lifestyle therapy treatment through our Holistcare System that released the traumatized muscle that had been troubling her all twenty-two years of her life. Till this day she lives pain free of migraine headaches.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Your Therapist should provide you with a clear treatment plan to improving your physical condition.
You should always feel more functional after your session with your therapist
You should experience a degree of change with your physical condition
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The one question that any one person should ask themself before seeking out a Therapeutic Massage is:
1. How long have I been in PAIN?
2. Does the PAIN interfare with work?
3. Does the PAIN keep me up at night?
