I had my clients fill out an online intake form in advance and when the new client arrives we chat for a bit to go over health history.  I use this time to get a clear idea of what lead to the issue at hand and how best we can work at resolving the issues presenting themselves.  My sessions are customized for the individual so this process is important.  From there I explain what the plan is and go from there.  Sometimes there is talking during the session, if there has been stored trauma that needs an outlet through dialouge.  Sometimes the client just falls into a deeply nourishing sleep.

I have been doing Reiki since 1999 when I went through my first level of training.  From there I became a Reiki Master by 2002 and have been practicing since then.  I have a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.

I did my basis massage training at Austin Schools of Massage and then a clinical massage program at Texas Healing Arts.  After completing that program I became a TA there and later co-taught the entire program.

From there I studied at the Arvigo Institute to learn The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abodominal Therapy and where I completed my certification and then went on to become a teacher at the Institute for many years.

I also have studied Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute, The Milne Institute and through Carol Gray.

I have had 5 levels of training through the Pranic Healing Institute as well.
