I'm a Life Coach affiliated with McLean Hospital and Harvard Med, dedicated to using the most up-to-date techniques to help guide clients to achieve their goals. At the same time, I bring to my practice the WHO-recognized tradition of Appalachian Folk Medicine, allowing me to use techniques hundreds of years old to address modern problems in a practical manner. Each client is invited to help create their own plan of action as the expert on their own lives, and has access to traditions as old as the hills and on the cutting-edge of modern research to help improve their lives in every aspect.
