What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients receive results within the first few sessions and normally work with me in a 4-9 month average length of time.
our first session is a Foundation session where we outline how I can best support you and what you hope to accomplish from your coaching program.
Then we will have 2 or 3x a month phone or video zoom sessions. In addition, I provide email support as well as additional resources to accelerate your personal growth process.
Let's start with a breakthrough to clarity session to see if we are the right match--no obligation to continue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formally trained from COACH U and Co-Active Institute of Coaching.
I hold a non traditional Phd in Coaching. I wrote my literature review dissertation on the connection between coaching and cognition.
I also hold a Master of Education in Adult Learning.
I have 20+ years of ongoing personal development, energy healing and business and marketing training.

Coaching is an investment that will pay dividends for the rest of your life!
You can pay by session or by the month (which is more cost effective). Longer term programs are available once we have established a relationship.
I do include a lot of extra and complimentary resources (workbooks, audios, meditations and playwork) that will accelerate your personal growth process.
