I am a person who has to deal with Adhd on a daily basis. I was a single mom and worked Corporate, it was very demanding. I learned ways to deal with the pressure and at least have a modicum of peace do to being grounded and focused. Because of the anxiety I had to deal with at University and my marketing & sales position I learned how to cope and then how to out perform my competitors. Besides this and being a single mom I have compassion and a passion for working with adults with ADHD.

I specialize in validating my clients, helping them to discover and own their own strengths, to set goals in a strategic way so they can attain them and maintain them.

I am an ADHD certified coach with many years of experience. I am never shocked by what my clients confide in me, in most cases I can really relate.

Research tells us that one of the most important things in therapy and or coaching is the rapport between the client and the coach.
