I have over 40 years of income tax preparation experise. We have a staff of 25 to service every client. We complete personal returns (1040's) and business returns (1041, 1065, 1120S & 1120's).
The best feeling is being able to help someone with an issue and to resolve it quickly usually with a better outcome than they expected.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down with our new client and interview them to find out what they are in need of and to set expectations with them. We then detail what we are going to do for them. We always get a good contact phone number and email to be able to contact the client if we have any questions and to let them know when we are ready for them to review the ressults.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Texas at Austin and majored in Accounting. I have worked in the tax preparation and accounting industry for over 40 years. I have attended numerous tax, accounting and bookkeeping courses every year to maintain my standing and skills in this industry.

Every thing that we do is based on the forms that are need and prescibed by the IRS to complete a clients return.
How did you get started in this business?
I began when I was 14 years old and my father asked me to complete our Farm tax return. Which I did for a number of years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients. Ranging from single individuals to medium to large coporations.
