What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With nearly 500 clients, and building between 20-30 new clients a month, we have onboarding down to a science.
We start with a pre-install questionnaire to make sure we have all your needs covered. Then we design and build a shell usually within a few days.
You'll have a tilde site to watch for the final build. We usually schedule zooms and work with you on content. We have a corporate account with Deposit Photos and a video to help you in picking out stock photos.
Your single point of contact developer usually communicates with you every step of the way. Some site have been designed and go live with this process in under a week. Some longer--usually based on content needs of the client. We love to get new clients live. Contact us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Fred Campos, is a software developer by trade, with software development patents held in the banking industry. There is rarely anything he can't figure out.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We love turnkey pricing that includes everything from logo design to complete solutions. They usually fall in three categories based on complexity.
1-10 pages business informational websites usually range from $597-$897.
10-20 page and eCommerce sites usually range from $897-$1297.
Finally very complicated or program specific site start at $1297 on up.
Since we build 20-30 websites a month, we can usually build an entire site in under a week to 10 days. That said, content and a knowledge of what you want extends the time. The fastest we have built a website from start to finish is 4 hours. The longest (due to changes and missing content from a client is two years).

We had two software businesses prior that got aquired. This go round we target and want to work with small business owners and solopreneurs.

With 500 clients, we have worked with nearly every different kind of business imaginable. You name it, we've done it.

Getting clients to page one on Google is a heartwarming feeling. Helping clients get found online is a game changes for most small businesses. This concept is foreign to most businesses in understand how people buy and what is needed.
It's more than just getting found, the smooth process and how you present your product and services matter far more than SEO.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
1) Check their references.
2) Hire a team not a freelancer. (The number of clients that said, I had "this guy" start my website and now he is ghosting me or taking too long is common.)
3) Make sure you can communicate well with them.
4) Don't focus on price, focus on can you work well with this person.
5) Ask yourself, is this person going to answer their phone 3 years from now.
