My job is to get you the Maximum Refund due to you. It's very rewarding to see the money that you are getting for your refund rise higher and higher.
We are very transparent with everything that we are putting on your taxes. We educate you on what you need to do to make sure your next tax season, is better than your last. We are certified through the IRS and we make sure that we are always up in the new laws every year, so that we can effectively and efficiently prepare your taxes.
We enjoy putting smiles in our clients faces and sometimes making them cry happy tears. We enjoy educating our clients and preparing them for next tax season.
Most of our clients we have been preparing their taxes for years. Watching their family's grow and their children graduate from high school, then college is amazing. Our clients are an extended part of our family. Every tax season is a family reunion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have new clients fill out a questionnaire and a general information form. New clients need to bring their income documentation, lease or letter stating where they reside, identification, social security card, birth certificates of all dependents and their social security cards as well and any other forms received from the Irs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been preparing taxes for 10 years. I have obtained my continuing education credits certification needed to do my job affectively and efficiently.
