What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out what they need and how I can provide information and gather the correct documents to create documents that are useful to the client. For example records that make sense to the client and useful and contain all information useful for planning and computing taxes, with the goal being: Accurate records and the legal minimum of taxes due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes law and accounting and I keep up with changes in the law to help my clients keep in compliance.
