We have been in business since 2008 we are registered on the IRS directory. I am also a bonded Notary/Signing Agent. We do Bookkeeping, we provide services to turn on Utilities for Residential and Business (Lights, Cellphones, Home Phones, Internet, Dish or Direct TV, Vivint Home Security Alarm System, Payment Processing and Digital Talk Express).
If you do not have a bank account or having trouble getting one, we can provide you with a Up-Scale Metal Prepaid Master/Visa Card without any monthly fees. You should not have to pay to get your own money, you work to hard for it, so why pay monthly fees to keep it.
I get to meet a lot of different people and everybody have a different story. I love that, because you not only get to just meet new people, you form a bond with them. They learn to trust you and that is a very good thing. I have customers that call me just because they need to talk or just to say hello. That's a good feeling, it lets me know that i am appreciated as much as they are, I give everyone respect, i don't treat people as just a customer, i treat them as a person, and i am very honest with them, regardless of their situation.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always greet them with a smile. You never know what a person is going through when they walk through your door, a smile goes a long way. I seat them, offer them something to drink and if they have children with them i offer them a snack. I get their paperwork, copy of Drivers License/ID card and Social Security for all that is going on their taxes. I have them to fill out a questionaire so I can better serve them, while I am making copies for my files. The customer can watch TV as I am putting in their information to break up the silence and I make small with them in between to make them confortable as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Taxation from Ashford University, Strayer University and The Income Tax School & IRS Continuning Education,I keep up with all the tax laws and changes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It varies because all customers have different issues. Once I find out what their issue is, if any, their fee will be revieled to them before any processing began.
The way we give back to the community, all students under 18 their returns are filed for free, especially if their parents are claiming them. Over 18 to 23 if their refund is $500 we charge $50.00, if they get back $1000 or more we charge $100, anything under $500 there is "NO CHARGE".
How did you get started in this business?
I got into the business because of a bad experience i had with a Tax Preparer in Houston in 1999. I was told my refund was almost $3000 and when i went to pick up my check i only received $289. I knew that wasn't right and i had heard of people doing that to others, so i said it was time for me to get educated so that i woud be able to help people in the right way and not take advantage of them.
They will leave my office with a full copy of their return, all paperwork including the worksheets. They will know every charge including banking fees. They will know execally what will deposit and I will answer any question they may have. I am not seasonal, I am opened year round, so i am always at there disposal, I do not move from place to place.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a lot of different customers. 1040EZ, 1040, 1040NR, 1040A, Schedule C's 1120'S, 1120, 1065, all Schedules we handle them all.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a client who had not filed in 14 years. He/She was told that He/She had owed over $90,000. I was able to get her/him an offer settlement for $11,000
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get to know who you are turning your vital information over to. Ask questions and do your due diligence. Search them on the internet to look at reviews. Check IRS to make sure they are active.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Making sure they are confortable with whom ever they are choosing. Make sure you get a good and clear understanding before anything is done. Most of all, know the fees and don't be afraid to ask if their rate changes with their refund.
