What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basic info provided, how many signature will be needed. Pricing, and agreed upon date and time for appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified member of the NAtional Notary Association. I have a 25K E&O insurance policy and I also have a 10k bond.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a travel fee staring at $25, in addition to a $6 fee for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature. The travel fee is depending upon area of travel.
How did you get started in this business?
I love people, and I love helping people, so I turned something I love into a business I love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and races. I have worked with nursinh homes, attorneys, real estate brokers, Rehab's. I have a great knowledge of most forms and what needs to be notarized. I also carry forms you may or may not need with me.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I havent had any events that went wrong, or weren't fond of per say.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are local, certified with the state of TX insured and bonded.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Choose who-ever makes you feel comfortable, after all we do travel to you.
