What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customer needs. If it’s s one time transaction we just give the fee and find out what date and time they are available or need us to be available. We then use a service note and calendar to create the service fee. Then it is invoiced out and the customer will be billed appropriately.
If this is a long term more engaging service we do an assessment and then create a working list of involvement that generates a contract for the client.
After everything is agreed upon we execute the contract with the needed services invoicing every month with a net 15 payable.
