What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an initial consultation free of charge, during which we will discuss your tax needs. I will provide an estimated completion date for your return and answer any and all questions you have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and more than 20 years of experience working on development of the software programs actually used by most major tax preparation firms.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing for a typical federal return with W-2's (wages from your job) starts at $100. The price for a more complex tax return will increase at an hourly rate.
How did you get started in this business?
I graduated from college with a unique blend of accounting and programming skills, leading naturally into the development and testing of tax software. Over the years my familiarity with and love of taxation has grown.
