What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To gather much information about the individual to get a positive rapport for a positive tax preparation experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed IRS approved CE training to gain my certificate of completion for the IRS Annual Filing Season Program(AFSP) and listed in the IRS directory of tax professionals with credentials! I am also a volunteer with the United Way Free Tax Prep/ VITA program

Our Standard pricing is well within the realms of the competitors offering bank products also.
How did you get started in this business?
Ive always had a knack for numbers! My accounting teacher in my senior year of high school got me interested in tax preparation and there was no turning back in some 30 plus years
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work main with individuals and small business entrepreneurs. But I do welcome any spectrum of opportunities as a tax preparer.
