What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we listen. This is the most important step. We will listen to our client's needs and expectations and work together with them to develop a constructive gameplan, while remaining in the client's ideal budget
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have an A.A.S. in Accounting, a B.S. in Financial Accounting, and a B.S. in Human Resourse Management. I am also a Certified Pro-Advisor with QuickBooks along with being a member of NATP and AIPB
