What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a meeting in person or via Zoom,or video call. Ask a series of questions, this will help understand your situation. Explain anything you have a hard time understanding. Put together a package or couple of packages that cater to your needs. Then, allow you time to make a decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate in Accounting, study tax preparation and taking and Enrolled Agent course.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Stardard is 275.. Complex is 300 and up are tax returns.. I do payroll, bookkeeping, and even training on QuickBooks and other software.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always knew this was my calling.

All types.. Pesonal.. Businesses.. Non profit... Corp..
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was able to assist with establishing a non-profit organization. I had another client who owed the IRS a large balance. I was able to evaluate all of his returns, made corrections and let's say they are please.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Once you find one you trust keep them
