Also, we limit the clients we work with so we can have a personal understanding of their affairs instead of delagating the work to a staff position that knows nothing about the client. We work with many new and start up businesses so they can focus on what makes them profitable and let us focus on the accounting, payroll and tax compliance matters that doesn't help them make money by trying to do it themselves. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform an initial interview to identify the areas that we can assist the client with the most and then develop an action plan that works for both of us. We include a projection of the fees and offers various options for payment. It is all client driven and they can do as much or as little as they want. Normally, it is an evolving relationship that adjusts and changes as the clients situation changes.
