What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation either over the phone or in person. I want to get to know you and your business before I can make any recomendations. Once we get to know each other and you tell me what your needs are I can make some recomendations based on your business needs and my expertise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 25years in my profession in different industries I consider myself an expert in may areas in the accounting profession. However I have a specially concentrated my efforts in exploring Tax Planning and Business Process as they related to the making a higher profit.

My services are very customized based on the individual and or client needs.
How did you get started in this business?
My business was started as a need in my community. I had many years in the field but had not explored going out on my own until the hispanic comunity requested my help and IPS was born in January of 2013 only 8 months after moving to Charleston, SC.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers that have a needs for my services. I'm currently concentrating on growing my outsourced CFO and bookkeeping services.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was happy a few weeks ago when an individual client came to my after he had done his own taxes. He asked me to amend his return since he had not added the estimated tax payment made. After reviewing his return I was able to save the client over $10,000.00 on the spot.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone that is honest that you can trust and that will have the time and pacience to sit with you and explain things as many times as needed in order for you to understand.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are their imediate needs?
What are their long term needs?
Will I be able to get an ROI (return on my investment) out of the service this person is providing?
