What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we have a phone conversation about their business, current website if there is one, and whether they want a website, or if they are interested in just getting the phone to ring! We then create a plan that will reach their goals and agree on a fee schedule. Every situation, every website and every niche is different, so there is no set rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Web Design/Internet Marketing and I attend seminars and webinars to keep up to speed on constant changes in algorithms used by the search engines to determine search engine rank.
