What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet via Zoom for 45-60 mins to review the current bookkeeping situation. This first meeting is free. At the end of that meeting, we'll agree on a plan for getting your books in order.
Depending on the complexity of your situation, we typically can have you cleaned up and sailing smoothly within one week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Advanced Certified Pro Advisor for Quickbooks Online. Nationally, only about 2% of bookkeepers in the US have this certification. I'm also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
