What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need bank statements, view-only access to your bank account and also an invite to your accounting software as your accountant. Also, last year's tax return would be helpful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years of college education and 6 years of actual hands-on experience with over 10 years of customer service experience.

How did you get started in this business?
My Son got sick with the flu, pink eye and with strep and I decided from there I needed to find a way to market my skills, so I can work from home. 2 years later, I quit my full time job working restaurant and here I am now.

Government, Non-Profit, Small business owners, Eccommerce, Law firm, and Construction.

Working from home and taking care of my family all at the same time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that know what they are talking about and if they are going to do your taxes that they have their PTIN.
