If the question is complex and you need immediate assistance you may set an appointment via video message. We use Zoom, Google calander, and Microsoft Team. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Short interview to see which direction is the best for the client. Help the clients to access their financial information at anytime it is needed. Be open and honest what can be done under the law, and the client is able to ask any questions about the process using Due diligences. (The client will be able to answer a question and we will give feedback to how we can use the information. And all consultations are private. We will lead you to the correct and most accurate tax return.
