What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Begin with assessment and postural/gait analysis: intake form, S.O.A.P., Subjective (history and current complaints, health goals), Objective, Asessment and Plan approach to healthcare.
Relaxing, Stress-relief and Healing Sessions, Client Empowerment: RELAX and FEEL BETTER :). Also, Co-design personal life goals and health plan; i.e., exercise/stretches, therapeutic massage for relaxation and pain-relief, lymphatic circulation and drainage of arms and legs, workout goals. Also a good sounding board when you need someone to listen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in licensed massage therapy and bodywork; relaxing swedish, neuromuscular, visceral/gut work, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, circulatory, myofascial, TMJ, Thai, Shiatsu, trigger point, reflexology-hands/feet, reiki energy, pregancy-labor-delivery doula, infant massage, sports massage, rehabilitation from auto accidents; move through the after effects, such as depression, whiplash, ease back pain, headache and fatigue, regain strength.

Standard fee is $65-70 per hour, $105 for an hour and a half unless otherwise discussed.
