What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fill out paperwork it can be downloaded from my website circleoflightmassage.net go to forms print off policy and procedure sign and date and fill out forms. Or complete paperwork upon arrival.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed Greenville Technical Colleges Massage Therapy program
I receive continual education training every two years to keep my license active.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$50 for first time client. 50% off a clients massage for a new client referal that books a massage with me. $70 an hour for return visits booked in advance and last minute emails sent out giving $7 off a full price massage when I have last minute cancellations or open slots not filled up at discounted prices and package deals 3 sixty minute massages for $175 or 2 ninty minute massages for $175.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask massage therapist if they ask their clients how their pressure their using is during your massage. That way it's not to deep or to light of pressure.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Where do I feel pain.
Do I want a relaxing massage to just rid my body of stress or do I want to get rid of this pain I'm experiencing.
This way your therapist can give you a massage you will enjoy.
