My practice offers clients private and confidential counseling services to a variety of populations. I have a wide variety of experiences and education to enhance the therapeutic process and promote overall wellness.
I also offer health coaching services for stress management to clients struggling with everyday stressors.
I have always enjoyed helping people through difficult situations. I love the power of story telling and empower healing through this process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For clinical counseling services I complete a one hour initial clinical assessment which includes a biopsychosocial interview. Recommendations and follow up services will be discussed at the end of the first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Science and Social Work from University of Wisconsin 1997
Masters Degree in Science and Counseling from University of Wisconsin 2005

Self Pay rates vary $75-$150
Most major insurances are accepted
