How did you get started in this business?
I have always been interesed in taxes so I went back to school and recieved my Bachlor's degree in Business administration and finance. While in school I worked for Jackson Hewitt Tax service for 3 years and started my tax preparation in my home for 2 years and and that my client base has grown. So, I decided to open my tax office so that I can help as many people as I can.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with both personal and business owners. I work with Trucking companies and also start-up business owners that want to establish and run there business the right way. Other clients that I work with are home base business owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent event is a client that I met that needed 4 year of tax preparation done and was scared but after i helped that client the smile and relief that they showed on there face was wonedrful.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you ask all the right queations and that you feel comfortable with what is said and also make sure that they have all the credentials that you are looking for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Then main question that they should ask is"How can you help me" and " What is the best option"?
