What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically for tax preparation I send you a secured link that will allow you to upload all of your documents. I will use this same link to allow you to sign your tax forms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Jackson Hewitt, Liberty Tax and currently TurboTax. I received my Bookkeeping Certification back in 2013.
