What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have intake form filled by patient to get to know the medical background of client, what is the issue they are seeking help to resolve, and any other underlying medical issues and prescriptions they are taking for them. I follow up with an email or phone call to ensure we are both clear on the reasonable expectations. Also to let them know where I am located as well as to ensure I received the intake form and schedule the date and time conducive to both of us.
