I work exclusively with women who feel stuck or trapped. Women with anxiety, depression and PTSD benefit from my trauma informed approach and art as medicine exoertise.

With over 35 years experience in personal and spiritual development, I also have a Master's degree in mental health counseling, and am a certified nutrition therapist & yoga expert and Board Certifird Drugless Practitioner.

I love seeing the shifts and insights my clients have and how they open to the beauty of their own inner knowledge.
