Longevity Wellness is a therapeutic massage practice conveniently located for the greater Charleston area off of Highway 17 in central Mt. Pleasant. We focus on deep tissue, sports, swedish, neuromuscular, and problem focused massage to obtain goals and to free you from chronic and acute pain. Through massage therapy at Longevity Wellness you will feel better, perform at a higher level, and understand your body better than ever before. Our staff includes a certified personal trainer who can assist you in your workouts, provide workout and stretch suggestions, and critique your lifting form. Through this knowledge we are able to address specific imbalances within your body and treat those issues in your massage therapy session. We believe massage is part of your healthcare and empower each client with the knowledge to take care of their own bodies in between massage therapy sessions through self care practices.
